Our view on ESG is that it is a continuous process of aligning our daily operations and controls with our values as a progressive and caring company. Our ESG commitments are structured around four key areas relevant to our business - Our Products, Our People and Communities, Our Environment, and Our Corporate Governance.
Our Products
Since VIP Gloves’ quotation on the ASX in 2016, we have been protecting healthcare and other vital organizations around the world with our quality gloves. We strive to continue to improve our high product quality and to comply with all applicable international quality standards, laws and regulations.
Our People and Community
VIP Gloves is built by our dedicated employees and their invaluable contributions to the success of our company. Our Environment
VIP Gloves is conscious of the pressing global climate crisis and is committed to minimizing the environmental impacts of our business. We aim to continue to innovate in the use of energy efficient processing methodologies. We have also implemented various sustainability measures across our offices, including recycling and waste sorting programs, water filtration systems to eliminate bottled water usage, motion sensor lighting, and other energy-saving initiatives. By embracing remote-working arrangements and technology, we have reduced the environmental footprint of our office spaces and lessened the need for many of our employees to commute and travel.
Our Corporate Governance
VIP Gloves is proud of our strong corporate governance practices, which apply across our company. VIP Gloves’ Code of Business Conduct requires all VIP Gloves directors, officers, employees, and contractors to act with integrity and adhere to the highest standards of honest and ethical conduct.
