Board of Directors

Jimmy joined the Board of Directors of VIP Gloves Limited in November 2017. He oversees the Group’s business operations and sales strategies. With extensive experience in supply chain management, business operations, and sales and marketing activities, he has been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining VIP, Jimmy served as Executive Director and Head of Business Operations with a Malaysian-based publicly listed company involved in production and sales of bottled beverage products. He was responsible for the day-to-day production operations as well as formulating sales and marketing strategies for the company. He began his career as a Sales Executive at a Malaysian trading company, later progressing to Chief Operating Officer, where he expanded the company’s portfolio of healthcare products across ASEAN, Greater China, and the South Asian markets.

Kay Wen has been actively involved with the Company’s Malaysian subsidiaries since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience in financial management, corporate governance and management of the group. She has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth over the last 14 years and is well-verse of the nitrile glove manufacturing industry. She was promoted as Executive Director of VIP in June 2021.

Kay Wen holds a Bachelor’s of Science (Hons) in Business Administration from the UK and is responsible for the finance and administration functions of VIP. She is also overseeing the local and international regulatory framework, as well as serving as point person with the Australian Stock Exchange.

Alfonso joint the Board of VIP on 1 August 2023. He has as accomplished a professional career with over 40 years of experience in the property industry across the Asia-Pacific region, mainly in Hong Kong SAR and Greater China region. He holds an MBA degree, as well as a Fellowship of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in the United Kingdom. Over the last decade, Alfonso specialised in providing financial advisory services to high net worth family offices and public entities on financing structures, asset management, and wealth management strategies. He brings a global perspective to his work, offering tailored solutions that align with the company’s long-term objectives.

Gang Zhou is a licenced accountant and business leader with over 40 years of expertise spanning the food and beverage and property sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. Gang's comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, from financial management to operational strategy, has made him a trusted advisor and leader in both start-up and established business environments. Gang Zhou is an Australian citizen and is currently based in Sydney, NSW. He joint the Board of VIP on 1 August 2023 and has since provided much guidance to the group’s finance and management teams.

Hui was invited as a Board member of VIP on 1 August 2023. He is an Australian citizen and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. Hui serves as director at XS Prime Limited and Odyssey Capital Funds Management Limited, both of which are leading broking and financial advisory firms based in Sydney. These entities specialise in financial broking, clearing, planning, and funds management services for both private and institutional clients. He brings with him his experience and expertise in the financial and corporate arena to VIP group.
